For safety reasons, it is absolutely forbidden to take pets and/or any other animal onboard MSC ships.

MSC Cruises declines all responsibility for property lost onboard MSC ships. Anyone who loses an item onboard must ask the Information Office if it has been found. Any passenger who finds an unattended item is kindly requested to hand it in to the Information Office.

Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas and on deck. Smoking is not permitted in the restaurants or in the cabins.

Unfortunately, visitors are not admitted on our ships for safety reasons.

Women who are at the most 28 weeks pregnant at the end of the cruise may travel on our ships, submitting a medical certificate confirming her fitness to travel at the time of booking.

We recommend you use the free safe deposit boxes provided onboard for your jewels and other valuables. MSC Cruises declines any responsibility for the loss of valuables.
